1.Due to the product defact or quality issue, please send the situation of your product to the E-mail alie@chimptool.com. We will have specific college to judge the condition of your purchase and reply within 24 hours in the work date.

2.For the customize product such as gas spring, if you need to cancel the order you have to do it within 2 hours after you paid. We will refund all the money you have paid to you repidly. Or we will ship it as a normal order.
